As the vibrant hues of Holi arrive, excitement is in the air! However, amidst the joyful chaos, your skin and hair end up paying the price. Methwani said, “For a festival as beautiful and enjoyable as Holi, it's important you take a few steps to take care of your skin, so that you can enjoy it in full swing, without worrying about colour not leaving your skin, or having an allergic reaction.”
“First of all, and this tip never gets old- oil your body with sesame oil or coconut oil. As basic as this tip is, it's extremely effective because a thick layer of oil can protect your skin from any potential chemicals in the colours. And it makes removing the colour easy as well, so win-win!” she emphasised.
