From glossy lips to minimal foundation, follow these steps to get a perfect makeup look like Kiara Advani.

1. Skin Prep

Before doing any makeup, it is important to do the skin prep to get a good finish and making it long lasting. You can do massages, use rollers, do the icing and also use a sheet mask to prepare and hydrate your skin before doing any makeup.

2. Doing The Base

While speaking to Vogue India, Lekha Gupta shared that she uses primer after the skin prep, which adds an additional layer of protection. For dry skin, use a hydrating moisturiser or primer. For oily skin, use mattifying primers and moisturisers.

3. Colour Correcting

After completely prepping the skin, use colour corrector in case of discolouration or pigmentation, usually seen around the eyes and mouth. Choose the colour corrector wisely as it can vary from different skin tones to skin types. Do not apply a lot of products to avoid cakiness.

4. Skip or Use Less Foundation

You can skip foundation if you do not want to add more layers to your skin. Wearing foundation is not always ideal for longer working hours and humid environments. Instead, use a BB cream to finish the look. We also recommend using a tinted sunscreen.

5. Lock It

Lock it with translucent powder. You can apply the lipstick of your choice and top it off with a lip gloss to add a more dewy look. To get a fresh look, use soft pink, peach, and light coral blush shades. Use fixing spray to seal it.
