Cleansing on a daily basis

Like I mentioned above, sleeping with your makeup on is a sin. It leads to uneven skin, can lead to acne and breakouts. It traps your skin and doesn't let it breathe. So take off your makeup always no matter how tired or dunk are you.

Your skin is a reflection of what you eat and drink. Eat healthy snacks and food. Have enough water and not aerated drinks. Get rid of oily food from your life. Add fruits to your diet and do not run away from vegetables. They are high in beta-carotene which is good for collagen production. 

Moisturise moisturise

It is important that you wear a moisturiser daily like a thin layer which keeps your skin protected and layered. Your moisturiser should have the ingredients your skin type needs as well. 


This one is very important if you want ageing to slow down and flawless skin. Your skin have pigmentation issues and no sunscreen can also lead to exposing your skin to the harmful UV rays of the sun. A minimum of SPF 30 sunscreen is a must but if you are going to stay out longer then SPF 50.
