There is a reason why skincare gurus urge consumers to use products with natural oils. With the use of the proper face oil, all skin types, including oily and acne-prone skin, can improve and become healthier. Face oils are not only for dry skin.
Every skin type can benefit from natural oils, and there are different oils for each type of skin. We may have heard that those with sensitive skin or acne-prone skin should avoid using face oils, but if the appropriate oil is applied, improvements can be noticed quickly. Here is a list of a few oils which can be used on your face as per your skin type for healthy-looking and glowing skin.
1. For Normal Skin
The oils that are not too heavy are the best for normal skin. For people with normal skin types, coconut oil works wonders because it has a variety of benefits, including collagen formation and anti-ageing qualities. It makes the skin more elastic, which slows down the ageing process and reduces the look of fine lines and wrinkles. Due to their low weight and ease of absorption into the skin, jojoba oil, and marula oil are also effective for skin types with regular hydration.
2. For Sensitive Skin
Mild oils like moringa oil and aloe vera oil work best on sensitive skin types since they need extra attention. Moreover, they reduce skin inflammation and redness while preventing acne. Antioxidant qualities of moringa oil help to eliminate free radicals and delay the onset of premature ageing. On the other hand, aloe vera contains antimicrobial qualities, balances oily skin, and eliminates acne.
3. For Dry Skin
Extra virgin coconut oil, almond oil, and apricot kernel oil are all great for dry, dull skin. These oils contain oleic acid, which lowers the dullness, redness, and dryness of the skin by sealing in moisture. Vitamin A, which is present in almond oil, aids in minimising fine wrinkles on dry skin. Eczema and other extremely dry skin disorders respond well to it.

4. For Oily Skin
Lightweight oils that are not too greasy are excellent for oily skin. These thinner oils are more effective on oily skin types because they do not clog pores. The finest oils for oily skin include argan oil, grapeseed oil, and tea tree oil. These oils aid in reducing acne and unclogging pores because of their antibacterial and astringent qualities.

5. For Combination Skin
In combination skin types, marula, jojoba, and flaxseed oils are effective. They are good at keeping the skin moisturised and shielding it from acne. All of these oils are quickly absorbed by the skin and help to regulate oil production. Before using moisturiser in the morning, these oils can be used at night.
