All you have to do is wash your face and then apply this mask and keep it for 20-30 minutes and not more. Apply it thrice a week and you do not always have to spare extra time for it. You can keep it while watching TV, reading a book, or cooking as well. But remember not wash off the goodness once you take it off. Use the spare serum in the pack on your neck and arms. Apply it from the forehead and then roll it down from there, adjusting it on your nose, letting your mouth and eyes free.

Origin Of Sheet Masks

They are basically South Korean or Japanese as these two countries are extra cautious about their skin health than any of us. So much so that they follow a ten-step routine which is why you can see that their skin is so tight and glowing.

Material Of The Sheets Used

There are many kinds of sheets which are dipped in the serums. Here is a list going from the best material for you to the worst one which should be avoided.

  • Bio-cellulose: This sheet is made of all-natural material, is good with absorption properties.
  • Hydrogel: These sheets have a gel like consistency as the name suggests and fit the face well as they come in two pieces which is easier to apply.
  • Cotton: These sheets are way more affordable, but the problem is that they have lower capacity than the above to in terms of delivering the serum into the skin.
  • Non-woven fiber: These are very cheap and extremely low in doing their job.
