Aarti Gupta

Dr. Aarti Gupta has been an investment strategist for over 14 years, managing her family office portfolio across diverse asset classes and serving as Managing Partner at Anikarth Ventures, which invests in early-stage ventures with purpose and innovation. She is the creator of I Am My Own Laxmi, a movement making financial literacy accessible and relatable for women. Through workshops, her newspaper column, and storytelling, she helps women understand money as a tool of independence: teaching them to save, invest, and grow their wealth with confidence. Recognized among Inc42’s Top 30 Women Torchbearers in India and FamCap’s Top 50 Family Capital Investment Specialists globally, Dr. Gupta also serves as National Head of Policy & Advocacy at FICCI FLO and Vice President of Harvard Alumni for Global Women’s Empowerment. A TEDx speaker and advocate for women investors, she holds a PhD in Economics from IIT Kanpur and has studied at Harvard University and Northeastern University.
