Let us learn about such 12 simple changes from our expert, Rinhee Suberwal, astrologer, crystal healer, numerologist, and past life regression therapist.
“Doing Surya Pooja or offering Jal (water) to the Sun is a must,” said the astrologer.

She added, “To align your nine planets, you should do a Navgraha Jaap to make your year smoother and more positive.”
“Do the '27-object remedy' by changing the placement of 27 items in your house to shift the energy,” shared Rinhee.
She also mentioned, “Add a pinch of turmeric and two Ashoka leaves to salt water, and sprinkle it around your house using the Ashoka leaves for 11 days to invite positive energy.”
“Recite the Aditya Hridaya Stotram for strength, clarity, and blessings from the Sun God,” she said.
She said, “Place a small waterfall feature in the North direction, and keep a money plant in a blue glass bottle in the North as well.”

Rinhee states, “For strengthening the bond between husband and wife, tie a red mouli thread around two small flutes (Bansuris) and keep them in the bedroom, along with a picture of Radha and Krishna.”
She advised, “Change your curtains; avoid using dark-coloured curtains as they can block positive energy.”
“If any of your electronic items are broken or not working, discard them—especially around festivals like Ram Navami, Baisakhi, or Hanuman Jayanti—as they can hold negative energy,” explained the expert.
“Place a water bowl with floating flowers: Keeping a bowl of clean water with flower petals in the living area or entrance helps attract peace and harmony,” she further added.
Suberwal shared, “Avoid keeping dead plants, dried flowers, or thorny plants like cactus. These items represent stagnant or negative energy and can block progress and harmony.”
