Monday Fasting: What Not To Eat?

The expert told us that eating certain things is prohibited while you’re observing a fast on Monday (Jyotirlinga in Maharashtra). Onion, garlic, non-vegetarian food items, smoking, and drinking alcohol are strictly forbidden. Also, you should not consume anything made from gram flour, green vegetables, spicy food, rock salt, or even Prasad.However, you can eat things made from buckwheat flour on this day and consume the Prasad on the next day.
