Use Airtight Seal
If you have recently purchased a sealed paneer, keep it as it is in the refrigerator. However, if you have brought khula paneer, keep it in an airtight jar.

Keep It Moisturised
When adding paneer to a container, don't forget to add some water to it. The liquid will keep the protein moisturised and increase its shelf life. Further, keep changing water every 24 hours.

Keep It Cold
Remember, paneer can never be stored at a warm temperature. So, make sure your fridge is chilling cold when you store it.

Cut And Store
If you want to increase the shelf life of paneer for a few more days, cut it into cubes and freeze them separately.

Wrap The Paneer
