    Shilpa Shetty Kundra is an inspiration for people who are trying hard to eat right, exercise, and stay healthy. In a conversation with Entrepreneur Indian, she shared what she eats in a day.

Morning Drink

    Shetty likes to have two glasses of warm water with a tablespoon of ghee in the morning. She also adds half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, a quarter teaspoon of pepper, and dry ginger.

Breakfast

    For breakfast, the fitness coach eats three eggs with sourdough, overnight soaked oats with soy or almond milk, and avocado toast.

Lunch

    She loves to devour seafood, vegetables, rice, legumes, and beetroot for lunch. She prefers to keep it light and healthy.

Snacks

    For the evening snack, Shetty prefers a glass of protein shake that can re-energise her body.

Dinner

    The actor prefers to carbs before 6 or 7 pm. She eats khichdi, a protein-rich soup. or sauteed vegetables for dinner. She avoids fried food and aerated drinks.
