Eat Variety Of Food
Eating a variety of food will help to keep up with the body’s requirements for vitamins and minerals. It will help to reduce sudden urges to eat.
Hydrate
The doctor suggested staying hydrated throughout the day. It will help prevent multiple other issues.
Eat Fruits & Nuts
Our expert pointed out that pregnant women must eat fruits and nuts. They are loaded with nutrition, minerals and vitamins and prevent any kind of deficiency.
Cut Down Caffeine
The doctor cautioned against drinking coffee or consuming anything that contains caffeine.
Eat In Small Portion
During pregnancy, experts suggest eating frequently in small portions. It helps to manage cravings and ensure that the mother and baby are getting all the required nutrition.
Remain Active
Dr Mehta said women must try to remain active while expecting. It helps a lot. You can indulge in lightweight exercises after consulting with your gynaecologist.
