Add To Smoothies
Hemp seeds can be a part of the ingredients for your favourite smoothies. When blending everything, add soaked seeds to the blender.
Add To Sauces
You can also add these seeds while preparing sauces. Depending if you like the taste or not, you can increase or decrease the amount.
Add To Flour
Add hemp seeds to flour or batter by crushing them into a powdered form. You can improve the nutritional quotient of roti as well as chilla, dosa and other dishes.
Add To Pesto
If you like having pesto, add hemp seeds to it to make it more nutritious and healthy. It will add a crunch.
Add To Salad
Along with flax and pumpkin seeds, you can add hemp seeds to salads as well. It will add a crunch and makeup for protein and nutrients.
