Who is Sufi Motiwala?

Sufi Motiwala is a content creator known for reviewing celebrity looks. He rose to fame initially after he started going viral on Instagram due to his criticism of celebrities' fashion choices.

After becoming viral, he made his acting debut in the 2025 web series 'Do You Wanna Partner'. He later participated in Prime Video's reality show 'The Traitors'. Currently, he is being seen in Netflix's show 'Lock Upp Season 2'. He has over 440k followers on Instagram.

Why is Sufi Motiwala grabbing attention at Lock Upp Season 2?

In Lock Upp Season 2, Sufi talked about the difficulties he faced due to his sexuality. He even revealed that his parents are yet to accept his sexuality and think there is something wrong with him. While talking about how people in the LGBTQ+ community face difficulties, he shared that many people are sent to conversion therapies, and it is also very tough to come out to your family. When and Where to Watch Lock Upp Season 2?

Lock Upp Season 2 is streaming on Netflix. A new episode drops on Netflix at 8 PM from Saturday to Wednesday.

Apart from Sufi Motiwala, Dheeraj Dhoopar, Akanksha Chamola, Sunita Ahuja, Shivangi Joshi, Harshad Chopra, Pamela Serena, Shrestha Iyer, Shreya Kalra, Yogesh Rawat, Riyaz Aly, Madhuri Grover, and Akanksha Choudhary are also the contestants.

Riteish Deshmukh and Farah Khan serve as the hosts of the new season. Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut was the host of the first season, which also created several controversies.
