SStarring Manoj Bajpayee, the upcoming web series ‘Gulmohar’ is a drama that focuses on the tangled relationships of a family moving to a new home in a new city. The series features an ensemble cast of Sharmila Tagore, Suraj Sharma, Kaveri Seth, Amol Palekar, Simran, and Utsavi Jha, among several others.

The first season of the popular Netflix crime drama series ‘YOU’ is based on the 2014 novel of the same name by Caroline Kepnes. It began streaming on Netflix in December 2018 and following its popularity, the makers decided to make the second season based on Kepnes’ follow-up novel ‘Hidden Bodies’. The second season was released in December 2019 and the third in October 2021.
The story is narrated by Joe, a bookstore manager at Mooney’s, who starts stalking and then dating Guinevere in the first season. He eventually turns into a serial killer. In the second season, Joe is disguised as Will Bettelheim, a book section clerk at a store called Anavrin who eventually stalks and dates a woman called Love. The third season continues the tumultuous relationship between Joe Goldberg and Love, who is expecting his second kid in a new suburban house. Part one of the fourth season premiered recently on Netflix on February 4, 2023. This season features another woman at the centre of Joe’s attention. Plus, there is a set of characters who all have interesting backgrounds.
The Indian period drama series ‘Taj: Divided By Blood’ stars Dharmendra, Naseeruddin Shah, Rahul Bose, Aditi Rao Hydari, Zarina Wahab, Sandhya Mridul, Aashim Gulati and Taaha Shah in primary roles. Set in the 16th century, the story focuses on Akbar and the battle for power between his three sons, Salim, Murad, and Daniyal. It is a warped story of the struggle for control that is rife with risky politics, poetic beauty, savage loves, icy deceit, and bloodshed.
One of the most-anticipated series is the upcoming American action-comedy-mystery, ‘Murder Mystery 2’. A sequel to the 2019 film ‘Murder Mystery’, starring Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston, the series follows Nick and Audrey Spitz who quit their jobs as a cop and hairdresser respectively to become full-time private detectives after solving their first murder mystery in the film.

Starring Subhashree Ganguly in the lead role, the upcoming Bengali web series ‘Indubalar Bhater Hotel’ is one of the most-awaited and anticipated Bengali dramas of the year. Set to premiere on Hoichoi on International Women’s Day, the series is based on Kallol Lahiri’s book of the same name and features stories and sentiments associated with opar Bangla (East Bengal), or what is now Bangladesh, and epar Bangla (West Bengal) following the partition.
