The timing isn’t accidental, interest in the franchise hasn’t faded, and this new entry seems designed to tap directly into that lingering obsession.

What immediately sets Dragonfire apart is its setting. Instead of circling familiar ground, the game goes much further back in the timeline, nearly 172 years before Daenerys Targaryen. That shift matters. It places players in an era when the Targaryens were still firmly in control and dragons weren’t a distant memory but an everyday reality of power.
