This Korean medical drama is full of drama, romance, and pasts that haunt people. We will follow Do Ji-ui (Lee Jae-wook), an elite plastic surgeon, who flees a prestigious hospital for mandatory public health service while dreading his assignment to a remote, ocean-surrounded island.
