She collapses, bleeding a mysterious white fluid, deepening the mystery of her nature.

Later, Boy Kavalier (played by Samuel Blenkin) celebrates their “haul” of alien specimens, but cracks are forming in the group. Kirsh, an android, shows troubling signs of independent thought, while Curly challenges Wendy’s status, and hints at building resentment.
What Happens To Wendy In ‘Alien: Earth’ Episode 3?
In the intense episode titled Metamorphosis, Wendy discovers her brother Hermit trapped inside a meat locker, pinned to the wall by a menacing, escaped Xenomorph. Bravely, she confronts the creature, using a meat hook to yank it away. The alien snaps viciously, unleashing acidic blood everywhere. In a final gruesome moment, the Xenomorph drags Wendy through a heavy door. When Hermit opens it, he finds the beast decapitated and Wendy collapsed, unconscious and leaking a strange white fluid, pointing to something unusual about her.

While Wendy manages to fight it off with a meat hook, the Xenomorph does kill others before being decapitated during the struggle.
