The Jade plant is a succulent that does not need too much sunlight. It should be placed in indirect sunlight. Thus it is advisable to keep them under indirect sunlight for 4 to 6 hours.
The Jade plant does not need much water. Thus it is advisable to water it less. Overwatering may lead to rotting of roots. However, during summer and spring season you can water it little more than usual but once a week is enough. To check whether your plant needs water, you cam poke your finger in the soil to check the moisture content. If the soil is dry then you can water it.
