Ranbir-Alia's New Mumbai Home Is Worth Rs 250 Crore, But This One Detail Has Won Everyone's Heart

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt moved into their new Pali Hill bungalow in November 2025, and fans have been curious about it ever since. The six-storey home is reportedly worth Rs 250 crore. But the glimpses shared so far show that its real charm is not the price. It is the warmth inside.

Ranbir And Alia’s Mumbai House

The house is called Krishna Raj, after Ranbir's grandparents, Raj Kapoor and Krishna Kapoor. It stands on a property that once belonged to them and was later inherited by Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor in the 1980s. The rebuilding began under Rishi Kapoor's watch. After his death, Ranbir, Neetu and Alia were seen visiting the site to check on the work. Today, it is the couple's official address.

The Look And Design 

From outside, the bungalow has a grey facade, with long balconies on every floor. The balconies are lined with decorative metal railings and green plants. Inside, the mood is bright and welcoming. Off-white walls, large glass windows, indoor plants and plenty of natural light give the rooms an airy feel. Alia's photos also show a space with Indian charm, with a few modern touches here and there.

At the entrance, giant stone vases add a royal touch, and black doors open into the house. The marble-finished floors add to the grand look, while a tiled floor in one photo shows how sunlight fills the room.

Special highlights Of Krishna Raj

The most touching detail is a photo of the late Rishi Kapoor. In one frame, Neetu and Alia hug in front of it, while Ranbir stands before it with folded hands. It is a quiet way of keeping him close to the family's new chapter.

Neetu Kapoor also has a floor of her own in the house. It has rooms set aside for her daughter Riddhima Kapoor and granddaughter Samara, so the whole family has a place to stay when they visit.

How Alia Bhatt Makes It A Comfort Place

Alia has made the house feel like home through small, family-first moments. She shared photos of the griha pravesh puja, where Ranbir wore a white kurta-pajama and she wore a gold saree, with little Raha joining in the rituals. Raha's third birthday and the family's first Ganesh Chaturthi at Krishna Raj this September added more memories to the walls.

Conclusion

At an event in Dubai, Alia said they had just moved into their new home in Mumbai and that the trip came from a very personal space. Ranbir joked there about his private Instagram account, which has only two reels, both of him playing with Raha. Even in a Rs 250 crore bungalow, it is the simple family moments that seem to matter most.
