The Magh month will be observed from January 26, 2024, to February 24, 2024, this year, as per the Hindu calendar. The devotees worship Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi during this month. What To Do In Magh Month 2024?

• It is considered to be very auspicious to take a bath in the holy river, Ganga. Although, if it is not possible for you to visit the holy river, then you should add a few drops of Ganga water while bathing. This can prove to be beneficial for you.
• Also, it is advisable to recite Bhagwat Geeta every day during the month of Magh. This practice helps you attract the blessings of Lord Vishnu, happiness, and prosperity.
• You should also consume sesame seeds daily in the Magh month and add them to your bathing water for virtuous results. 
• Also, the expert shared that you should light a Ghee lamp in front of Tulsi and perform worship daily. By doing this, you will be blessed with Lord Vishnu’s grace and a trouble-free life.

• It is very important to perform donations during this month. Donating sesame seeds brings you the blessings of Lord Shani. 

What Not To Do In Magh Month 2024?

• You are advised not to consume radish during the Magh month. 
• Also, spicy food should not be included in your diet during this time.
• The expert told us that speaking ill of someone or using abusive language during the Magh month is counted as a sin according to the scriptures.
• Lying during the Magh month can bring inauspicious results in your life.
• Also, if any Brahmin visits your home during this month, you should not return them empty-handed to avoid upsetting Lord Vishnu.
