Here is a detailed step-by-step guide on how to delete or archive all your Instagram posts at once:

• First, open the Instagram app on your Android or iOS smartphone.
• Log in to the account from which you wish to delete multiple posts.
• You will see a profile icon at the bottom right corner of your screen. Tap on that.  
• As your profile page opens, you will see three lines at the top right corner of your screen. Tap on those.
• A menu with multiple options will pop up. Top on the “Your Activity” option.  
• From the next list of options under “Your Activity," tap on the “Posts” option, which you will find under the “Content You Shared” tab.
• Next, click on the “Select” button on the top right and select all the posts you wish to delete. 
• A “Delete” option will appear at the bottom, and clicking that will delete the multiple selected posts.
• You can do the same to archive posts.
