Filmfare.com revealed the final date of one of the oldest and the most glamorous award shows of Bollywood. The website shimmered with a quote that said, “Your favourites are now one step closer to winning the Black Lady! Stay tuned for the nominations list.” The final date that has come out for the 69th Hyundai Filmfare Awards 2024 is the 28th of January.

The 69th Filmfare Awards 2024 will be taking place in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. In 2023, Gujarat Tourism Corporation Limited (TCGL) and Worldwide Media Pvt Ltd (A Times Group Company) signed a MoU for the same. Hosting the event for the first time will also promote tourism in Gujarat. Further, there has been a roundtable between Gujarat Tourism and Filmfare where many major discussions were held.

A roundtable conference was held in Gujarat between Gujarat Tourism and Filmfare to discuss Gujarat hosting the 69th Filmfare Awards 2024 on January 28, 2024. Some of the notable political figures seen at the event were Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel (Chief Minister of Gujarat), Shri Kanubhai Desai (Minister of Finance, Energy & Petrochemicals of the Government of Gujarat), Shri Mulubhai Bera (Minister of Tourism, Culture Activities, Forest & Environment, and Climate Change).
The filmmakers who marked their presence were Aanand L. Rai, Pooja Vora, Amrita Pandey, Jayantilal Gada, and Anjali Bhushan.
