War 2 Box Office Analysis: A Slowdown Ahead of the Second Weekend
The highly anticipated action film, War 2, starring Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR, has been making waves at the box office. However, as the film approaches its second weekend, the collections have taken a slight dip. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, War 2 earned around ₹0.51 crore on its ninth day so far, as per early estimates,bringing the total collection to ₹204.47 crore.

While War 2 has been a commercial success, it has not managed to achieve the kind of success that its predecessors did. Pathan, starring Shah Rukh Khan, generated ₹348.5 crore in the first eight days, meanwhile,War 2's worldwide box office collection currently stands at ₹306 crore, which is significantly lower than its predecessors.

War 2's Telugu Version Sees AnUnderwhelming Performance
The Telugu version of War 2 has been extremely underwhelming at the box office. According to reports, the film saw around 14% occupancy in its Telugu version, with around 300 shows in Hyderabad witnessing approximately 15% occupancy. The film's overall collection in Telugu is ₹52.23 crore, which is significantly lower than its Hindi version.

War 2 Becomes Hrithik Roshan's 5th Highest Grosser
Despite the slowdown, War 2 has become Hrithik Roshan's fifth highest grosser of his career so far, surpassing the lifetime earnings of his film Super 30. The film has also crossed the ₹200 crore mark in India, making it a commercial success.
With the release of Janhvi Kapoor and Sidharth Malhotra-starrer Param Sundari soon,War 2 is expected toface stiff competition at the box office. However, the film still has another week to make some more money and cement its position as one of the highest-grossing films of the year.
