About The Movie

The Vvaan: The Force of the Forest is a folk-mythological thriller wherein an intelligent and rational city-bred young man visits his ancestral village but disregards the ancient warning of his village regarding the dangerous and forbidden forest due to lack of belief in superstitious tales. Based on folklore associated with Van Devi Temple, built in the sixteenth century in Patna, the story becomes more exciting as the hero goes to the forest at night and unintentionally triggers the release of the ancient power of a goddess-like force. Engaged in a life-and-death struggle between evil supernatural powers and divinity, the protagonist is destined to be the saviour of his people.
