The two-minute and 51-second-long official trailer begins with the seasoned actor Anupam taking over the screen. The intense drama trailer begins with him facing murder charges, trying relentlessly to clear his name. As the trailer proceeds, we witness Adah's character supporting her husband’s (played by Iswak) dream of starting an IVF clinic while navigating societal judgement. The film also features Esha Deol in a key role. The film is loosely inspired by the life of Dr Ajay Murdia, the founder of the renowned Indira IVF chain of fertility clinics.

Ahead of the trailer release, Adah took to her Instagram account to share the poster of her upcoming film announcing the official release date. “A promise that built an empire. A betrayal that could destroy it.
