Mohit Suri's romantic drama ‘Saiyaara’ has achieved a significant milestone by crossing the ₹250 crore mark at the domestic box office on its 12th day. The film starring Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda continues its successful theatrical run despite experiencing its first major weekday decline.
The movie recorded its lowest single-day collection on Monday (day 11) with ₹9.25 crore, marking a sharp 68.33% drop from Sunday's ₹30 crore earnings. This represented the first time since release that daily collections fell below the ₹10 crore threshold, according to industry tracker Sacnilk.
After a record-breaking first week that earned ₹172.75 crore, ‘Saiyaara’ entered its second week with moderate momentum. The film collected ₹18 crore on its second Friday, followed by a weekend surge that brought in ₹26.5 crore on Saturday and ₹30 crore on Sunday.
Industry analysts attribute Sunday's strong performance to favourable word-of-mouth and repeat viewings. The ₹30 crore Sunday collection became the film's second-highest single-day earnings after the opening Sunday's ₹35.75 crore.

The romantic drama opened with ₹21.5 crore on its first Friday and maintained steady growth throughout the week. Saturday witnessed a 20.93% increase with ₹26 crore, while Sunday peaked at ₹35.75 crore with a 37.50% jump.
Weekday collections remained stable with Monday earning ₹24 crore, Tuesday bringing ₹25 crore, Wednesday collecting ₹21.5 crore, and Thursday closing at ₹19 crore.

With ₹257.13 crore earned in 12 days, ‘Saiyaara’ has established itself as a major commercial success. The film's total includes the complete first week collection of ₹172.75 crore and second week earnings that have contributed significantly to the overall tally.
The Tuesday collection of ₹0.63 crore, while modest, helps maintain the film's presence in theatres as it enters its third week of release.
