Drishyam 3 Box Office Collection Day 4: Mohanlal's Malayalam Film Inches Closer To ₹50 Crore In India

The partnership of mega star Mohanlal and filmmaker Jeethu Joseph is at it again, creating a sensation at the home-grown movie ticket counter. The much-awaited and talked-about detective movie, ‘Drishyam 3,’ is already making cash registers hum all around the country, owing to its smashing performance on its theatrical opening day. With immense anticipation surrounding it, great bookings, and brilliant reviews from critics, the film has easily become the ruler of theatres during its opening weekend.

However, with the movie entering the challenging weekday, one can say that its box office performance still continues to soar without any signs of slowing down. In regard to early estimates on the ‘Drishyam 3’ Box Office Collection Day 4, the Monday showings have been extremely promising for the movie, both in the case of single screenings as well as multiple screenings.

Drishyam 3 Occupancy Rate

The occupancy of Drishyam 3 was 50.2% on May 23 for a total of 5,185 shows nationwide. Malayalam screenings had the highest overall occupancy of 66.52%. Out of these, morning shows had 48.50%, afternoon shows had 69.42%, evening shows showed occupancy of 75.42%, and night shows occupied 72.75%.

On the other hand, Kannada screenings saw an overall occupancy of 24.27%. For these, morning shows had 8.38% occupancy, afternoon shows were at 25.25%, evening shows had 19.75% occupancy, and night shows occupied 30.88%. Tamil screenings saw high occupancy with an overall rate of 50.69%. Out of these, morning shows saw 18.22%, afternoon shows had an occupancy of 50.44%, evening shows had 40.44%, and night shows saw 67.11% occupancy.

Meanwhile, Telugu screenings had an overall occupancy of 25.19%. For these, morning shows had 14.50%, afternoon shows had an occupancy of 26%, evening shows were at 22.67%, and night shows occupied 23.50%.
