The two go on to kidnap Michelle and force her to contact her "Andromedan" leader. She insists that she is a human, and tense psychological games unfold in their basement. Bugonia Ending Explained (Spoiler Warning)

Teddy (Jesse Plemons) always had his suspicions on Michelle Fuller (Emma Stone) being an alien. In the final scenes of the movie, it is revealed that his intuition about her was correct. Michelle Fuller is truly the Andromedan Empress. After Teddy dies, Michelle call on the mothership and concludes that humanity is a failed experiment. At the end of the movie, we see Michelle destroy all human life on Earth by popping a bubble over a planetary model. Only nature and animals like the bees are left to finally flourish.
