Blast Plot

Blast narrates the story of a simple-looking, middle-class family having an amazing hidden talent of being a team of highly skilled martial artists. In this movie, viewers get to see the story of a disciplined martial arts instructor and pharmacist named Rajaraman played by Arjun Sarja, his supportive wife, Neelaveni (played by Abhirami), and Nila (played by Preity Mukhundhan). Nila is a girl trained by her father from childhood to always defend those who are weak and to fight with all might against evil. As a result of her continuous actions of protecting others, she causes many unfortunate incidents, resulting in a deadly chain of events. All goes wrong for this family when the acts of justice of Nila collide with the activities of the illegal multi-crore mining syndicate owned by a ruthless corporate businessman, Varun Dayalan (played by John Kokken), whose assassin happens to be Abraham (played by Arjun Chidambaram). The family then plays a deadly survival game wherein they discover that the mining syndicate is not dealing with an ordinary family but a pack of killers!
