Andhra King Taluka Box Office Collection Day 1: Ram Pothineni Starrer Off To A Great Start, Earns ₹4.25 Crore On Opening Day

'Andhra King Taluka' Box Office Collection Day 1

Starring Ram Pothineni, the film 'Andhra King Taluka' hit theatres on November 27, 2025. The film's opening has garnered a positive response, with many viewers applauding the movie. Early box office numbers also confirm a strong start.

According to Sacnilk, the movie collected approximately ₹4.25 crore on its first day. However, when compared to Ram Pothineni's previous release, Double iSmart, the latter had a stronger opening, earning ₹7.35 crore on its first day. It is worth noting that Double iSmart also faced a significant dip after its initial release.

As per early reviews, 'Andhra King Taluka' is anticipated to see higher earnings in the coming days.

'Andhra King Taluka' Theatre Occupancy

Reflecting on the film's occupancy rate, the movie had an overall 32.97% Telugu occupancy on its opening day. In the morning, the first day, first show had a decent opening occupancy of 29.23%. In the afternoon, it decreased to 26.64%, and then rose to 32.41% in the evening. The night shows witnessed a peak at 43.61%.

Meanwhile, it recorded a 7.53% Kannada occupancy with the morning shows having 11.38% occupancy and the lowest at 5.36% in the afternoon. A small rise in the evening shows was seen at 7.78% but then again it went down to 5.60% at night.

More About 'Andhra King Taluka'

Directed by Mahesh Babu Pachigolla (known for 'Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty'), the film is a romantic drama produced by Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Shankar Yalamanchili under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers (known for 'Pushpa: The Rise').

The film centres around Sagar, a fan played by Ram Pothineni, who is devoted to his idol 'Andhra King' Surya Kumar, played by Kannada star Upendra. The film also features Bhagyashri Borse as the female lead.

The supporting cast is robust, including Rao Ramesh (as Sagar's father), Murali Sharma, Rahul Ramakrishna, Satya, Rajeev Kanakala, and VTV Ganesh. The music is composed by the duo Vivek–Mervin.
