Step 2: Enter Login Credentials

On the login interface, input your 12-digit UAN and your unique Member Portal Password.

Step 3: Solve the Captcha

Step 4: Complete Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Click ‘Sign In’. You will receive a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) on your Aadhaar-linked mobile number. Enter this OTP and click ‘Submit’ to access your dashboard.

How To Download Your EPF Passbook

Once you are logged into the main dashboard, saving a physical copy of your financial ledger takes less than a minute:

  • Select Member ID: If you have worked at multiple organisations, your dashboard will display a dropdown menu containing different Member IDs linked to your single UAN. Click the dropdown and choose the specific employer ID you wish to view.

  • View Passbook: Click on the ‘View Passbook’ option. This will populate your complete chronological history of monthly deposits, interest allocations, and withdrawals on the screen.
