How To Fill GATE 2027 Application Form Online On The GOAPS Portal?

Here are the instructions you need to follow for your GOAPS registration process:

  1. DigiLocker Verification and New Registration: Access the official website (gate2027.iitm.ac.in). Indian citizens should register initially by linking their DigiLocker account after verification as per the latest norms. Register yourself using a valid email ID and mobile number to get a unique enrolment ID and password.

  • Fill Personal and Academic Details: Login into the GOAPS portal through your login credentials. Provide your full name, date of birth, personal address, academic qualifications, college address and category.

  • Select GATE Test Paper and Exam Cities: Select your primary and second (if eligible under approved two-paper combinations) GATE test paper. Choose any three cities where you wish to appear for the GATE exam from the same GATE zone.

  • Upload Mandatory Documents: Upload clear scanned images of your latest photograph, signature, valid identity proof and category certificates as per the given specifications.

  • Verify and Make Payment of Application Fees: Verify all filled details carefully. Proceed to the payment gateway and make the non-refundable application fee through UPI/Net banking/Debit Card/Credit Card.

  • Download Confirmation Page: Print out the final confirmation page of the application form.
