Fashion was at the forefront of The Devil Wears Prada – a cult hit, loved by many generations for its wit, drama and storytelling that hit a chord. Now, shooting has begun for The Devil Wears Prada 2, and it’s expected to see the return of Anne Hathaway as Andy Sachs, Meryl Streep as Miranda Priestly, and Emily Blunt as Emily Charlton.

Anne Hathaway’s Pinstripe Vest Suit

A sleek black ensemble, tailored to perfection, is a look Anne Hathaway shared as she reprised her role as Andy. The suit was a vintage Jean Paul Gaultier.

The Pinstripe detailing is a classic, but the co-ord ensemble, complete with black boots and a pearl necklace, is chic and classy – exactly how Andy’s style had evolved in the last movie.

The caption “Andy Sachs 2025” indicates this is not just a throwback but a reimagined identity for Andy – which screams authority and sophistication.

A Colourful Pathwork Maxi Dress

It looked perfect as a flowy, comfortable outfit – one that is sure to be recreated for brunches and vacations. In some snaps from the same day of shoot, she's seen carrying a luggage trolley around.

Meryl Streep aka Miranda Priestly’s Power Dressing

A long coat, brown leather skirt and and mauve shirt was one of the popular looks that went viral from the shoot. It had a bunch of colour, without any looking off-putting.

A lot of her other looks also include long coats in muted shades.

One of her more opulent looks includes a red gown, worn to what appears to be a premiere of sorts.

On June 30, 20th Century Studios revealed that The Devil Wears Prada 2 is officially in production, dropping an Instagram teaser featuring a striking shot of red high heels.

A Classic White Shirt and Green Pleated Skirt

A classic pairing that’s difficult to go wrong with – Anne Hathaway donned a classic white shirt with a green pleated, flared skirt. A pair of green heels and shades complete the look.4 (5)
