MTV VMAs 2026 Best And Worst Dressed: Taylor Swift And Lisa Dazzle, Paris Hilton's Outfit Confuses Fans

The MTV VMAs 2026 proved that the pop stars will never fail to dazzle their fans with their head-turning looks. The music's biggest night was also about shimmer, sheer and feathers with stars like Lisa, Taylor Swift and Raye grabbing the limelight. But there were some misses too, as not everyone got it right.

From Taylor Swift's black and silver shimmer dress to Lisa's bold red look, check some of the best dressed at MTV VMAs 2026. 

1. Raye

Raye stunned in her signature style and brought her old Hollywood charm to the music's wildest night. She dazzled literally in a Georges Hobeika Couture sheer halter neck dress, featuring beaded work and pearls. For her jewellery, she kept it simple and wore a pair of small diamond earrings along with a beautiful watch.

2. Lisa

Lisa, known for her dramatic looks, did not disappoint at MTV VMAs as well. She stunned in Quine Li and The Attico red corset style dress, which was sheer and well-fitted too. To top it off, she paired the dress with a huge red fur coat. She also donned her signature look with a high ponytail and bangs and classic red lips.

3. Taylor Swift

The star of the night, Taylor Swift, donned an understated, elegant look in Tamara Ralph Couture. She looked beautiful and chic in a bodycon gown, featuring a fitted black upper bodice with a sheer back and shimmery draped bottom. She accessorised her look with long dazzling diamond earrings and rings. She also chose to step away from her signature red lip and choose a warm peachy tone.

4. Teyana Taylor

Teyana Taylor, who has slowly become a global fashion icon, made heads turn in Zuhair Murad's beautiful black lace gown. The gown not only featured lace but also fur, and everything somehow works well together without even overpowering Teyana's confidence.

5. PinkPantheress

PinkPantheress quietly became the star of the night and stunned in a ruffled dress by Nina Ricci. The burgundy dress featured big polka dots and ruffles at the bottom. She chose not to accessorise her look, but her loose side braid added more charm.

Worst Dressed at MTV VMAs 2026: 

From Tyla's python co-ord set to Paris Hilton's silver robotic look, check some looks that did not work well at MTV VMAs. 

1. Tyla

Tyla, who is usually one of the best dressed, did not make heads turn at MTV VMAs. Despite serving a lethal face card,  her co-ord set by Mowalala did not work well for the grand event. The co-ord set featured a python print, and she paired it snake themed white heel, which did not gel together well, along with a matching choker.

2. Paris Hilton

Usually the best dressed at events, Paris Hilton's The Blonds couture did not hit it off. Even though she looked incredibly beautiful, the pairing of shimmer mini dress with cuts, gloves and matching thigh high boots did not go well together. But since it is Paris Hilton, she can pull off any attire with her charm and confidence.
