All The Deets Of The Gucci Ancora Spring Summer Show Ft. Alia Bhatt From Milan Fashion Week 2023

Alia Bhatt who is the new global brand ambassador of Gucci was recently in Milan, Italy to grace the Gucci Ancora Spring Summer 2024 show with her presence. The coveted showcase was helmed by Gucci’s creative director, Sabato De Sarno and unveiled his first ever collection for the luxury Italian fashion house of Gucci.

Alia Bhatt who has been appointed as the new global ambassador for the Italian luxury powerhouse earlier in May 2023 became the first ever Indian to be the face of the brand, Alia was also seen marking her presence at Gucci's ‘Cruise 2024 Show’ held in Seoul, South Korea earlier this year. She has now made an appearance at the ‘Ancora Spring Summer Show 2024’ in Milan.

Alia Bhatt took to her Instagram account to share svelte and stylish pictures of herself from the show with the caption, “Personal style but guccified 💅🏾

Bhatt was wearing a neon green shimmer laden button down top, with a pair of flared pants for the occasion. She teamed these with the iconic ‘Gucci Jackie 1961’ bag in black with gold hardware, gold link style bracelet and matching hoops, a pair of Gucci sunglasses in a retro sleek style with Gucci etched on them in gold. She paired the outfit with a pair of black Gucci narrow toed stilettos.

Creative director, Sabato De Sarno first ever Gucci showcase, the Ancora Spring Summer 2023 show had everything from splashes of neon green, statement platform heeled shoes, which DietSabya predicted are going to be in everybody’s closets, to the Gucci Jackie 1961 and the Gucci Bamboo 1947 bags, long trench coats and trench dresses in hues of grey and black, statement gold link necklaces, pastel hued ready to wear and satin slip dresses laden with lace.

As quoted to WWD Magazine Sabato De Sarno said, "Ancora is a word that you use when your desire is not over yet, whether it's a kiss or an embrace, or making love; it's as if you own something and you want more of it." He added that he wanted to “fall in love with fashion all over again - Ancora.”
