JFF 2026 Exclusive: Bobby Deol On His Fashion Fails And Comfort, 'Once You Are Comfortable..'

Bobby Deol has served as a major fashion inspiration for men since the beginning of his career. From cool sunglasses to donning a stylish leather jacket in the 90s, the actor has given fans several iconic fashion moments. While exclusively speaking to Her Zindagi at the Jagran Film Festival 2026, the actor talked about what fashion means to him and fashion mistakes.

When asked if he laughs about some of his fashion mistakes in the early days, Bobby Deol says that he makes mistakes all the time, but comfort is the key to owning style.

"I make mistakes all the time. It's not once or twice. I've done them, but when you wear something and you walk out, you feel comfortable in it," he says.

The actor adds, "Once you're comfortable, for others it might be a mistake, but you will carry it off. For some it might not be. Each person has his own opinion about it, and I just feel that you should just wear what you feel happy with."

Coming back to JFF 2026, Bobby Deol received a warm welcome from fans in Delhi and even got emotional after seeing the outpouring of love the younger generation has for him. The film festival also paid heartfelt tribute to his late father and legendary actor Dharmendra as fans remembered his iconic work.

While interacting with the audience, he asked Gen Z to maintain discipline in their lives to achieve success. The actor even reflected on the dull face of his career and when he was not getting good opportunities. He said that he had to accept that things were not working out for him and that he needed to change his outlook about his look.

2023 was a big year for the Deol family. Fans saw Dharmendra on the big screen after a long time in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Sunny Deol delivered a blockbuster with Gadar 3 and Bobby Deol made a great comeback with Animal.
