The much-awaited awards season is here and it began with the Hello! Hall Of Fame Awards that were hosted in Mumbai yesterday. All the popular stars from Bollywood were in attendance. Pictures from the event are taking all over the internet. But before we tell you about the best and worst dressed celebrities at the red carpet, let us tell you about the winners of the night. Superstar Of The Year - Ranveer Singh Outstanding Talent (Male) - Vicky Kaushal Timeless Icons In Indian Cinema - Javed And Shabana 25 Years Of Excellence In Cinema - Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Path-Breaking Performances Of The Year – Sonam Kapoor Cinematic Debut Of The Year - Janhvi Kapoor Popular Choice (Male) Award – Ayushmann Khurrana Popular Choice (Female) - Katrina Kaif Most Stylish Man Of The Year - Farhan Akhtar Versatile Artiste - Aditi Rao Hydari Lifetime Achievement- Sharmila Tagore So, all these won big at the awards night. Now have a look at the best and worst looks spotted at the awards red carpet:
Like always, Katrina slayed the red carpet look at the awards night. She wore a classic red body-hugging gown by Naeem Khan. The gown had a plunging neck. Her hair was kept naturally straight and for accessories, she just carried a pretty pair of drop earrings.
Sonam Kapoor, who otherwise is Bollywood's ultimate fashionista failed to impress us with her attire. The idea of donning a colour blocking ensemble just didn't work for her. She picked this pink and green gown from Celia Krithariott's collection. Her makeup further ruined the entire look. Her hair was tied up in a high bun and for accessories, she was donning a silver bracelet and blue drop earrings.
We wonder what was wrong with Adah Sharma that she wore that ensemble at the red carpet. Adah wore a bomber jacket with a lehenga and a nath, maang tika, choker and earrings. And not to miss, currently, she is having those purple highlights in her hair. All we can say is, her experiment to create a look like this one didn't work well. All those colours together, not at all pleasing to our eyes.
Rakul Preet Singh looked gorgeous in a champagne coloured satin gown at the awards night. Her hair was left straight on the sides and makeup was kept minimal.
Pooja Hegde was another disaster at the red carpet. This body-hugging sequin multi-coloured dress didn't really work for her. The puffed sleeves added to this uncanny look. Her hair was done in a bun.
Aditi Rao Hydari looked great in a black high low gown. Her dark smokey makeup worked well with her classy dress. Her hair was kept back and accessories were kept minimal. She pair this dress with strappy stilettos.
Asha Negi was an elegant beauty at the red carpet. She wore a nude pink gown for the awards. This one had a plunging neck and a thigh-high slit. Her hair was done beautifully into curls and her makeup was kept minimal.
Janhvi Kapoor was a stunner at the red carpet. For the Hello Hall Of Fame Awards 2019, Janhvi wore a white one-shoulder gown. This one had lots of glitter and a thigh-high slit. Her makeup was kept dark and her hair was kept back with lots of gel.
