Bihar Board 12th Result 2025: Will Girls Continue To Outshine Boys In Inter Exams?

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is set to declare the Class 12 board exam results on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. Students can access their scores on the official websites interbiharboard.com and interresults2025.com by entering their roll number and date of birth. The results will be announced at 1:15 pm by Bihar Education Minister Sunil Kumar, alongside board officials and Chairperson Anand Kishore.

Bihar Board 12th Result 2025: Will Girls Continue To Outshine Boys?

Interestingly, girls secured higher pass percentages across all three streams:

• Arts: 88.07% of girls passed, compared to 83.17% of boys.
• Commerce: 96.91% of girls passed, while 93.86% of boys cleared the exam.
• Science: 89.71% of girls passed, exceeding the 86.73% pass rate of boys.

Previous Years Show a Consistent Pattern

In 2023, girls topped across all streams:

• Commerce: Somya Sharma and Rajneesh Kumar Pathak scored 95%.
• Science: Ayushi Nandan secured 94.8%.
• Arts: Mohaddesa topped with 95%.

Similarly, in 2022, the overall pass percentage for girls was 83.39%, compared to 78.04% for boys.

• Commerce: Girls had a 93.89% pass rate (boys: 88.52%).
• Arts: Girls secured 81.28% (boys: 76.66%).

In 2021, girls also had an edge with an overall pass percentage of 80.57%, while boys had 75.71%. The stream toppers were:

• Science: Sonali Kumari (471 marks)
• Commerce: Sunanda Kumari
• Arts: Madhu Bharti and Kailash Kumar

With this consistent trend, all eyes are now on the Bihar Board 12th Result 2025 to see if girls will once again surpass boys in academic performance.
