The big news of Dhruvi Patel winning the title of ‘Miss India Worldwide 2024’ was shared by PTI on X, formerly known as Twitter. “Dhruvi Patel, a Computer Information System student from the USA, has been declared as the winner of Miss India Worldwide 2024, the longest-running Indian pageant outside India,” read the post.

As she was being crowned in Edison, New Jersey, she said, “Winning Miss India Worldwide is such an incredible honour. It's more than a crown - it represents my heritage, my values, and the opportunity to inspire others on a global scale.”
Runner-ups For Miss India Worldwide 2024
While Lisa Abdoelhak from Suriname turned up as the first runner-up of the beauty pageant, Malvika Sharma from the Netherlands was declared as the second runner-up. Meanwhile, SuAnn Mouttet from Trinidad and Tobago was crowned the winner in the Mrs category. The title of first runner-up for the same was given to Sneha Nambiar and the second runner-up to Pawandip Kaur from the United Kingdom. The title of ‘Miss Teen India Worldwide’ was given to Sierra Suret from Guadeloupe. The beauty pageant is led by Indian-Americans Neelam and Dharmatma Saran with New York-based India Festival Committee organising the event.
Who is Dhruvi Patel?
“Unfortunately, school commitments took precedence, and I couldn’t pursue my interest back then. Now, with a renewed passion, I am eager to balance academics and aspirations as I embark on my journey into the world of pageantry,” the Miss India Worldwide 2024 once shared in an interview.

Dhruvi also won the ‘Miss India New England’ title in 2023. She is currently a computer Information System (Gaming Computers For Live Streaming) student at Quinnipiac University in the USA, as per reports.
