Suhana Khan Buys Farm Land In Alibaug Worth A Whopping ₹13 Crores: Reports

Suhana Khan is on a true rollercoaster! The newbie actor who featured in the recent Maybelline advertisement and will be debuting on the silver screen in the much anticipated upcoming Netflix movie, ‘The Archies’ has reportedly bought a property in Alibaug. According to reports, Suhana Khan’s recently purchased property in Alibaug costs an amount of a whopping ₹13 crores. What’s more, the property is located on a beachfront destination in the Alibaug region and will cater to rich and famous populace from Maharashtra’s capital city, Mumbai.

Reports: Suhana Khan Buys Property In Alibaug

As per reports, Suhana Khan has invested a substantial amount of  ₹13 crores in a property in the Thal Village area in Alibaug. The property boasts of having three houses that are built on a total land area spread over 1.5 acres. Reports further mention that the transaction took place on June 1, 2023. The land that has been purchased by Suhana Khan is described as agricultural land. In addition to the cost of the property, Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan has also paid a stamp duty of  ₹77.46 lakhs to register the property in her name.

The reports also suggest that the land has been acquired from previous owners who are three sisters Anjali, Rekha and Priya Khot who has inherited it from their parents. Adding to this, Shah Rukh Khan also owns a sea facing property in the Thal region which has super luxury attributes such as a swimming pool and helipad.

Updates From Suhana Khan On The Work Front

On the work front, Suhana Khan will be making her much anticipated silver screen debut in the Hindi film industry with Zoya Akhtar’s ‘The Archies’. The Tiger Baby and Netflix production also stars Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda and late Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’ younger daughter Khushi Kapoor. The production is the on screen adaptation of the popular American comic book by the same name and will release on the streaming platform next year.
