Since the music video dropped on December 15, 2025, snippets have gone viral for all the wrong reasons. Fans who previously loved Neha for her soulful and peppy Bollywood hits expressed shock at her dramatic shift in persona. The primary criticism stems from her styling; many users feel she is trying too hard to emulate the ‘cute yet bold’ look typical of Korean pop idols. Comments like ‘K-pop aesthetics need precision; this feels messy and rushed’ have been trending, with critics arguing that the execution lacks the finesse and charisma required to pull off such a global concept.

Critics Slam Lyrics And Dance Moves

The song's lyrical content and choreography have also faced backlash. Written and produced by Tony Kakkar, the lyrics have been dismissed by many as superficial and childish, with some comparing the track to the viral ' meme-songs ' of Dhinchak Pooja.
