The South-Indian actor Akkineni Nagarjuna shared a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, featuring the newly-engaged couple.

Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala have gotten engaged today and the news has left their fans in awe. Naga Chaitanya was married to Samantha Ruth Prabhu from 2017 to 2021. After their separation, he has been rumoured to be in a romantic relationship with the ‘Made in Heaven’ fame actor Sobhita Dhulipala. The duo has been spotted together on dates and vacations by the shutterbugs multiple times. However, neither of them has officially confirmed their relationship.

According to the reports, the veteran South Indian (Kannada Movies) actor Nagarjuna, Naga Chaitanya's father officially announced their engagement with pictures from the intimate engagement ceremony held at their place in Hyderabad today.

While the couple is yet to comment on it, they are expected to tie the knot later this year. The duo was also spotted at a wine tasting in London earlier this year and were spotted by fans which further spiked their relationship rumours.

“Naga and Sobhita have found a happy place with each other and are dating. They like to spend time with each other but prefer to keep their private lives out of the public glare,” a source close to the couple confirmed as per a report by Hindustan Times.

“I am always in love. Love is such a defining fuel. It’s probably the only thing that’s a necessity and a luxury,” said Sobhita in an interview with GQ once.
