Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor, 44, recently spilled beans on her fitness mantra, sharing some insights into her eating and sleeping routine. Kapoor recently sat down with Nod magazine to have a candid conversation about her Bollywood career, life, family, and more.
During the interview, she spoke about her fitness choices, revealing that she never compromises with workouts. She also mentioned that she has made significant changes in her routine in recent years, especially after becoming a mother of two. Here’s everything you need to know about her fitness secrets.
Kareena calls her fitness routine ‘almost monastic’. According to the ‘Crew’ actress, she eats dinner by 6 pm and goes to bed a few hours later. “Dinner by 6 pm, lights out by 9:30 pm, morning workouts before the world wakes up,” she said during the interview.
She further added, “My friends know not to expect me at parties. And they respect that. They know I’ll be watching Schitt’s Creek on low volume!”
She also explained why she never negotiates with workouts, making it a daily ritual. “If I don’t work out, I’m in a bad mood. Post-COVID, I realised how important fitness is; not for vanity, but for well-being. It’s my mood stabiliser, my anchor,” she said.
