Deepika-Ranveer New House Cost

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s new apartment is valued at a staggering Rs. 100 crore, making it one of the most expensive residences in Mumbai’s Bandra. According to MoneyControl, the property spans over 11,266 square feet of interior space, with an additional 1,330 square feet of terrace space. This spacious residence will allow the couple to enjoy the best of luxury and comfort, with panoramic sea views that will enhance their lifestyle.

The deal also included a stamp duty of Rs. 1.07 crore and registration charges of Rs. 30,000. The property transaction was registered under KA Enterprises LLP and is expected to be completed by September 2024.

Deepika-Ranveer New House Design and Layout

The apartment will occupy floors 16 to 19 of the building, providing the couple with an elevated and private living space. As a recent video shared by a paparazzi account shows, much of the construction work has been completed, with only some exterior scaffolding still in place. This quadruplex will offer ample space for Deepika and Ranveer, blending contemporary designs with luxury amenities.
