Badshah And Isha Rikhi Announce Divorce Only 5 Months After Wedding, Say 'Mutually Decided To Part Ways'

Rapper Badshah and Punjabi actor Isha Rikhi have officially decided to separate months after speculation about their divorce. The couple did not even officially announce the wedding, and it only came to light after Isha posted a few photos on Instagram. They announced their divorce via a joint statement on Instagram.

What did Badshah and Isha Rikhi say about their divorce?

The statement read, "I and Isha Rikhi have mutually decided to part ways and move forward on our separate paths. This decision has been made with mutual respect, and we request everyone to kindly respect our privacy during this time."

Further requesting privacy, they wrote, "This will be our only statement on the matter. We sincerely request that there be no further speculation or assumptions regarding our relationship."

When did Isha Rikhi and Badshah marry?

The exact date of their wedding has not been disclosed, but Isha Rikhi announced it on Instagram in June.

Only a month after confirmation, the rumours of their separation also started making rounds on social media. Later, the actress posted a montage of videos and pictures featuring herself and Badshah. "Every storm is a lesson. Every prayer is hope," she wrote in the caption.

Who is Badshah’s first wife?

Meanwhile, Badshah was earlier married to Jasmine Masih, and they have a daughter too.

While speaking to Prakhar Gupta in a podcast, Badshah talked about his daughter and shared that he does not meet her often as she lives in London. "I know for a fact that we both tried everything. We tried our best. We both tried our best and gave everything that we had. We separated because it was not healthy for our child. I get to meet my child, but not that often… as she lives in London,” he said in 2024.

Badshah has always kept his personal life away from the spotlight. He was even rumoured to be dating Pakistani actress Hania Amir and was spotted with her in London several times. But the rapper maintained his silence on the rumours.
