This year, the fourth day of Chaitra Navratri 2025 will be observed on Wednesday, April 4, 2025, with the Dwitiya Tithi in effect from 01:26 am to 01:12 am the next day, as per the Hindu calendar. It is said that wearing royal blue attire on this day brings you joy, prosperity, and inner peace.
The devotees are advised to wake up early, bathe, and wear fresh clothes to worship Maa Kushmanda. Then, you have to offer Shringar Samagri, red flowers, and Kakadee (wax gourd) to the goddess as a symbolic sacrifice. Then, chant the Mantra, “Om Devi Kushmandayai Namah. Surasampurna Kalasham Rudhiraplutameva Cha, Dadhana Hastapadmabhyam Kushmanda Shubhadastu Me.” Next, you have to offer prayers to her, seeking the goddess’ blessings.
It is said that the devotees should offer Malpua Prasad to Maa Kushmanda on the fourth day of Chaitra Navratri to attain her divine qualities of wealth, health, and radiance.
