A native of Murshidabad district, Aindrila Sharma was a 24-year-old Bengali actor who appeared in several television serials and web series and a cancer survivor. She passed away on November 20 after suffering multiple cardiac arrests.

The late actor appeared in serials including 'Jiyon Kathi', 'Jhumur', 'Jiban Jyoti' and a web series 'Bhagar'.
Achievements
She won several awards for her roles in the serials and was also a very loved face in every Bengali household.
1st Diagnosis of Cancer
Aindrila Sharma was diagnosed with bone marrow cancer for the first time when she was in class 11. She went through the whole process of treatment, chemos and transplant and was declared cancer free in a couple of years.
2nd Attack of Cancer
Her cancer revived once again last year in 2021 and she said in Didi No 1 that this time it was difficult for her to accept it because she knew what all she has to deal with once again.
Aindrila & Sabyasachi- A Tragic Story
However, throughout her struggle, besides her parents her partner Sabyasachi stood by. She said in the same show that though she had so much of physical difficulty, she did not face much of mental trauma because of Sabyasachi.
