Ingredients
One cup of curd, one tablespoon of rice or wheat flour, two cups of water, one to two green chillies, a half-inch of ginger, a half teaspoon of turmeric powder, and salt

Tempering Ingredients
One to two tablespoons of ghee, a half teaspoon of mustard seeds, a half teaspoon of cumin seeds, a pinch of hing (asafoetida), one to two dried red chillies, and a few curry leaves.

Mix The Base
Take a bowl. Whisk the curd and your preferred flour. Add turmeric, salt, and water. Mix until no lumps are left. The mixture should be smooth.

Cook The Kadhi
Pour the mixture in a pan. Add grated ginger and green chillies. Cook on low to medium flame. Stir continuously until the mixture boils.

Prepare The Tadka
In a small pan, heat ghee or oil. Add mustard seeds and cumin. Further, add hing, red chillies, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.

Combine
Pour the tadka over the kadhi and mix well. Let the kadhi absorb all the flavours nicely for a delicious and sizzling taste.
