Ingredients for rose toner
To make a toner at home, you need one cup of rose petals, half a cup of water and 1-2 tablespoons of glycerin.

Method to make rose toner
Rinse the rose petals to remove dirt. Boil the water on medium flame and place the rose petals into the water.

Put rose petals in hot water
Now, remove the hot water from the flame and cover it with a pan. Let the petals steep in the water until it cools down to the normal temperature. This process allows the water to absorb the goodness of rose petals.

Rose infused water
Once the rose-infused water cools down. Strain the rose petals and squeeze them to extract the remaining liquid.

Add glycerin
Add glycerin to the rose-infused water. Stir well to combine the mixture. Also, you can use hazel for some astringent properties. Glycerin adds moisture to the toner.

Apply the rose toner
Pour the rose toner into any jar or spray bottle for easier application. Now you can use it in your skincare routine. It is preferably after cleaning and before applying moisturiser to the face.
