Salaam Venky Trailer: Kajol Starrer Is The Heartwarming Story Of A Single Mother

The trailer of Kajol’s upcoming film Salaam Venky trailer was released this Monday on the occasion of Children’s Day. She is back with another women-centric movie named Salaam Venky that is all set to release on December 9, 2022. In this movie, Kajol is shown as a single mother who faces a lot of challenges and various situations in life which she tackles with all her courage, strength, and smile on her face.

The movie is directed by Revathy. The trailer shows Kajol as a mother and Vishal Jethwa as Venkatesh aka Venky as a son in the movie. Venky has a deteriorating health condition, yet he still wants to achieve his goals. (Kajol-Vishal Jethwa’s Salaam Venky First Look Released) The movie also has Rahul Bose, Rajeev Khandelwal, Prakash Raj, and Ahana Kumra in the main roles.

The mother and son duo share a lighthearted conversation at the start of the trailer. As Venky lies on the hospital bed, the two can be heard mouthing the famous Rajesh Khanna line, "Zindagi lambi nahi badi honi chahiye babumoshai," from the movie Anand. The trailer features several beautiful scenes and heart-touching moments of Venky smiling as he faces the difficulties of life. In the film, Rajeev Khandelwal is the physician attending Venky. The trailer also shows how she (Kajol as mother) is ready to go above and beyond to grant Venky's final wish. The movie also features a cameo by Aamir Khan at the end of the trailer which has left fans excited about it.
